We welcome companies from any industry that are developing a disruptive product or service and have product/market fit within a large market.

Our goal at Tidal River Fund is to support underrecognized entrepreneurs and/or companies with social impact through angel investments from our member-driven fund. Tidal River Fund invests in early-stage (pre-seed, seed, Series A) companies throughout the United States that are looking for venture capital or angel investments. Companies must have a lead investor and at least one of the following: traction, revenue, a beta product, sales contracts, a good syndicate or intellectual property.

Submit application for review. Be sure to include all requested items.

Step 02.

Get Reviewed

Your application will be reviewed by a screening committee at Tidal River.

Step 03.

Get Response

You will hear from someone on the Tidal River team within three weeks of application submission.

Step 04.

Give Pitch

If approved, you will be asked to pitch to select members of our team.

Step 05.

Move Forward

Move forward. The larger team will begin due diligence, and you’ll be invited to pitch to the group.

Step 06.

The Investment

Investment time frame is typically 45–90 days.
